Description:	Project consists of 282 apartments, Clubhouse, pool with fitness center, cabana and various other amenity structures. Project design utilized a unique Village concept site layout incorporating three story Garden style buildings, two story buildings and Carriage Homes built around man-made lakes. Buildings are wood frame with Hardie-Plank siding and stucco exteriors with each Village set apart by special paint and landscape themes.
