Detailed Quality Assurance and Control

We have developed proprietary checks and balances that act as the basis for our quality control efforts. These requirements may be increased based on the project, which we will identify during the competitive bidding phase. We communicate these standards to the subcontract trades and then conduct routine inspections as the work progresses to ensure that all trade work is being conducted in accordance with established quality standards.

Any work found to be deficient will be flagged in the field, reported to the Owner and the Subcontractor, and work will not be permitted to proceed nor payment processed until the deficient work is corrected. The subcontractor will be held accountable for any schedule delays resultant from deficient quality workmanship.

Documentation is pivotal in backing up any claims of damage to schedule or trade work. Our Daily Reporting efforts provide the necessary documentation to hold the trade subcontractors responsible and enforce corrections.
