Purposeful Daily Reporting

Effective daily reporting facilitates quicker response to construction issues that may otherwise result in schedule delays or long-term liability risk if not discovered and corrected in real time.

Specific measures include work progress and schedule maintenance, man power on site, any identified work deficiencies or safety issues, material deliveries, and inspection results. It also includes photographic documentation of work in place. We will also track open issues and ensure that the responsible parties are notified in a timely manner and the issues are resolved expediently.

Our reporting efforts assume full time supervision of the work as it progresses, but can be tailored or reduced to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly intervals depending upon the client’s needs and the scale of the project.
